Who can register?
You may apply to join the practice if:

you live within our catchment area
-
you intend to remain in the area
-
You have family who attend our practice
What happens after I join the waitlist?

You will receive email confirmation we have received your application

We will review the waitlist at one month intervals and accept patients when capacity arises

If accepted, we will guide you through the patient registration process.

If declined, we will inform you via email.
What documents do I need to register?
You simply need your name and email to join our waitlist.
If you are accepted as a new patient, we will ask for your PPS number, contact details, home address and your consent to request your medical records from your previous GP.
