What is PIPPO?

PIPPO is a safe and easy-to-use mobile app and website that lets you:

• Order your regular prescriptions from home

• Book your GP appointments online (coming Summer 2025)

• Let a family member help manage your healthcare

• Save time by avoiding queues or long phone waits

You don’t need to stop calling us.The phone lines are still open like always!PIPPO is just an extra option to make things easier for you.

💡 Not Good with Phones or Computers?

That’s okay! You can:

• Ask a family member or carer to order medication or book appointments for you

• They can add you as a "dependant" on their account and help manage your care

• Your care is still private, and everything is safe and secure

👨‍👩‍👧 Who Can Use It?

• Anyone over 18 can create a PIPPO account

• Parents or carers can add children under 18 as dependants

• Your family can help look after your health without needing to come to the surgery

🧾 What Can I Do with PIPPO?

• 📝 Request prescriptions – no more paper or calling!

• 📅 Book your own appointments online from Summer 2025

• 💉 Book into clinics like flu vaccine clinics

• 🧒 Add family members (dependants) to help manage their care

🎨 What Do the Appointment Colours Mean?

• ⚪ White – Appointment is available

• 🟢 Green – Already booked (by you or someone else)

• 🌸 Pink – Slot is not available

• 💉 Flu Clinic – These are open and can be booked via PIPPO

  
  

🧭 How Do I Get Started?

1. Download the PIPPO app from the App Store or Google Play(Ask a family member if you’re not sure how)

2. Or go to the PIPPO website on your computer or tablet

3. Enter your postcode and address to register

4. Create your profile – just a few details

5. Start booking or ordering in minutes!
